Idiographic Project of Installing the Equipments
The content of installing equipments engineering includes ( Not limited to):
The installation of all the equipments of the sewage treatment plant ( including the material and fittings needed), the providing , fabrication and fixing of the steel structure.
The checkout, testing, checking and accepting, and safekeeping before installation;
The work of the debugging and other necessary checkout and testing of the equipments.
As there are a lot of equipments needed to be installed in this project, we will carry through the installation in conformity with the principle of installing the heavy, big and pivotal equipments first and then installing pint-sized equipments. While installing the pipelines, we will carry through the installation in conformity with the principle of installing the main pipelines first and then the branch ones, big pipelines first and then small ones, inside first and then outside.
In the course of construction, the three methods of construction will be used at the same time, that is ordinal process of construction, flow process of construction and intersectant process of construction.
I. Installation of Bar Screen
1 Measure the length of the foundation ditch to see if it corresponds with the design. Draw out a nylon line at the place of the angle iron over the foundation ditch, contour is required. Parallel the transverse direction of the foundation ditch, part separately, and measure the position of each bar.
2 Put the bars on the flat ground with a crane, weld the lead rail of the larry, the span and height of the two lead rails of the larry are the same with the size of the lead rail of the clean-up device. 3 Suspend the bar screen into the foundation ditch, put it straight according to the preconcerted position of each bar, square the perpendicularity, the forward direction and side direction of the bar screen should be 90°. Take the perpendicularity of the upper edge as the standard, make it form 70° naturally, square them one by one according to the requirements above and check up one by one. At the same time, ensure that the clearance between all the bars should be even and the upside should be aclinic. The permitted error of beeline should be within 2.5mm, asperity 1%.
