In order to protect employees′ and company′s rights and interests, ensure effective communication between employees and functional departments, reduce misunderstanding and estrangement, build up harmonious labour relations and improve employee satisfaction, the following channels are provided to employees for suggestion proposal and problem report:
Report to direct supervisors. Direct supervisors are responsible for helping employees solve problems related to both work and daily life;
Report to each functional department.
Administration Department is responsible for collecting evidence for breaches of rules and regulations through investigation, handling emergencies (including fighting and brawling, theft, and safety accidents in the factory), and solving problems related to employee canteen and dormitory.
Project and Maintenance Department is responsible for construction management as well as repair and maintenance of water, electricity, oil and steam utilities and living facilities.
Report to the Staff and Workers Representatives. Representatives are responsible for collecting employees′ suggestions or opinions for the management team and conveying company messages to employees.
Suggestions about sustainability. Employees who propose improvement suggestions about or innovative solutions to production processes, quality, efficiency, welfare, safety, energy-saving, cost, management system, employee care, corporate culture, etc. will be awarded with prizes if the suggestion or solution is adopted.
