一. 预埋件的检查

二. 预埋件施工工艺
II. Construction Technology of embedded parts
1、工序流程Operation process:
预埋件及转接件施工流程:施工准备→测量放线→固定(固定在土建钢筋笼或模板上)→复测、调整→电焊→混凝土浇筑→清理、验收。
Embedded parts and adapters construction process: construction preparation →surveying & setting out → fixed (fixed in the civil reinforcement cage or template) → re-measurement&adjustment → welding → concrete pouring → cleaning, acceptance.
2、基本操作说明Instructions of Basic Operation:
a.预埋件回厂后马上运输至现场施工场地。
Transport embedded parts to the construction site immediately after they are back to the factory.
b.大部分采用铁丝将预埋件与土建结构的钢筋绑扎牢固(避雷处采用焊接的方式),保证土建在进行浇筑的时候预埋件位置不变,保证埋设精度。
Use wire to bind embedded parts with the civil-structured reinforcement bar (with the use of welding Type at lightning protection side), to ensure that location of the embedded parts will not change in the pouring of the civil construction and to ensure the accuracy of embedding.
c.清理埋件,使埋件露出金属面,并检查埋件周围楼板、墙体的平整度。

d.检查预埋位置及数量是否与设计图纸相符。检查标准:

e.根据埋件布置图,测量放线精确划出每个埋件的中心线和孔距线。对埋件进行拉力、剪力弯距的测试,对不符合测试标准的预埋件必须按有关规定采用其它可靠的连接措施。
According to the layout of the embedded parts, the center line and the pitch line of each embedding parts will be drawn out by surveying & setting out precisely. The embedded parts will be carried out tensile and shear bending test. For embedded parts which do not meet the test standards, we must take other reliable connection measures in accordance with the relevant provisions.
f.埋件埋设时的精度控制非常关键,我司将派遣经验丰富,工作细致认真的安装人员参与本工程的预埋件埋设工作,保证预埋件安装完成后精度满足要求,在控制误差上通过幕墙的挂件吸收,保证幕墙安装的精度要求。
The precision control of embedding is very important. Our company will send experienced and meticulous installer to join in the embedded parts project to ensure that the precision of the embedded parts will meet the requirements after the completion of installation. Through the deviation control of pendant absorption of curtain wall, accuracy of the curtain wall will be ensured to meet the installation requirements.
3、预埋件埋设方法embedding method of embedded parts
当每一层楼土建梁钢筋绑扎完毕后,按照预埋件点位布置图及标高尺寸,并根据土建梁尺寸控制线,在钢筋上视具体情况用红笔画出预埋件埋设控制线。如下图所示。

在埋设预埋件之前,当土建支模时,就进行分格,将预埋件分格线弹在底模外檐口处,如下图所示。

根据埋件施工图中埋件的分布情况,对埋件以轴线进行编号,从 1 至若干进行埋设(如下图示),埋设后,逐个对埋件进行检查并填写《隐蔽工程验收单》附《检查表》报监理验收。

4、预埋件埋设的质量控制方案Quality control scheme for embedded parts
埋件的锚边长允许误差为 2mm;
The allowable deviation value of the anchorage length of the embedded part will be within 2mm;
中心线允许偏差为 2mm;
The allowable deviation value of center line will be within 2mm;
锚板面的垂直偏差应≤10mm;
The allowable vertical deviation value of the anchor plate surface should be ≤ 10mm
三.转接件施工方案

1、转接件介绍Introduction to adapter
转接件的安装精度的保证很大一部分是靠测量定位的准确度决定的,即转接件垂直度、平面度等。

2、安装工艺Installation process
熟悉图纸及技术交底→转接件的运输及存放→楼层内转接件安装→复核→安装后调整→所有紧固螺栓的力矩检测→检查→记录

连接件的安装定位:由于土建偏差的存在允许连接件定位时,在进出方向及左右方向有一定偏差,但在标高方向应进行较为精确的定位,连接件的安装标准为:
Installation positioning of adapters: the existence of civil construction allow certain deviation in the direction of access and the direction of right and left when positioning the adapter, but positioning in the direction of the elevation should be more precise. The installation of the standard:

转接件的精确定位:依据测量控制网络对转接件进行精确定位,转接件的定位精度要求较高,标准如下:

进出方向0.5mm the direction of access 0.5mm

注:由于单元幕墙板块吊装后在标高方向还具有一定的微调能力,故此处不做过严要求。

3、基准转接件定位后,转接件与预埋件首先进行固定,待各层转接件全部安装完成,并经模板复核无误后全部转接件可进行固定。
After the positioning of reference adapter, the adapter and embedded parts should be fixed firstly, then all the adapters can be fixed when all the layers of the adapters are installed completely and there is no mistake after reviewing.
严格控制转接件挂接定位凹口与曲梁及连接件的距离。这样就可控制转接件的角度偏差,又可控制转接件的进出偏差,但得注意的是在定位时要考虑到转接件豁口距处沿的偏差,并进行适当修正。
Strictly control the distance between articulated notch and the beam, between articulated notch and the adapter. We can not only control the angular deviation but also the deviation in the direction of access of the adapters by doing this. But the deviation from the direction of edge should also be taken into account in the positioning of the adapters, some appropriate amendments may be needed.
通过通长的米尺,实现转接件的左右方向的定位,定位过程中要将两基准转接件间的间距偏差均布到每一分格当中,避免产生误差积累。
Achieve the positioning of adapters in the direction of left and right through ordinary metre rule. In the positioning process, the spacing deviation between two reference adapters should be distributed into each grid in order to avoid the accumulation of errors.
4、对安装完成的转接件的进行必要的复核,对幕墙转角部位需进行必要的模板复核。此过程相当于单元幕墙板块的预安装,因为模板在设计制作过程中已充分考虑了单元幕墙板块挂件与转接件的配合精度。只要转接件能与模板吻合,就可实现板块的顺利安装。对于与测量放线基准层相邻层间的转接件模板复核率应为 100%。

第一步骤:预埋件处理
根据工程的具体情况,我司将对已完成的预埋件进行处理或对缺少的埋件进行补打。根据埋件布置图,先对已预埋的埋件进行清理,埋件表面除锈除砼,使之露出金属面,然后用铁刷子刷掉铁锈,清理干净。根据安装基准线及幕墙分格尺寸检查埋件的位置准确程度,如果偏位或漏埋,要进行补板,补板时不允许悬空连接。转接件安装要保证一定的平整度和紧固度,满足幕墙安装结构和强度要求。
The first step: embedded parts processing
According to the specific circumstances of the project, we will complete the processing of embedded parts. According to the layout of the embedded parts, the first embedded parts which have been buried should be clean up. The debris of the surface should be cleaned in order to expose its metal surface, and then use iron brush to clean up rust. According to the installation of the baseline and curtain wall grid size, check the accuracy of the embedded parts location, if the deviation occurs or buries is missing, plate should be filled with no hanging connection. A certain degree of flatness and tightness in the adapters installation must be ensured to meet the curtain wall installation structure and requirements of strength.
第二步骤:测量放线The second step: Surveying and setting out
首先根据建筑物轴线,在引测及通视最方便的位置,用经纬仪测定一根竖向基准线,然后,根据建筑物的标高,用水准仪在建筑外檐引出水平点,并弹出一根横向水平线,作为横向基准线。基准线确定后,就可以利用基准线用钢尺划分出陶土板幕墙的各个分格线,在放测各格线时,必须与主体结构实测数据相配合,对主体的误差进行分配、消化。

After determining the baseline, you can divide grid of the clay board wall with the ruler based on benchmark line. In the detection of the grid, the main structure must be measured with the data, the error of the main body should be distributed and eradicated.
第三步骤:安装转接件Step 3: Install the adapters
将转接件先用螺栓与埋件连接,待调整位置后将螺栓拧死,并与埋件进行点焊。
Interconnect the adapter and embedded parts with bolts. Tighten the bolts after adjusting the location and then spot weld them with the embedded parts.
第四步骤:安装竖龙骨Step 4: Install the vertical keel
用不锈钢螺栓将钢制转接件与钢立柱连接起来,根据控制线对立柱进行复核,调整立柱的垂直、平整度,达到要求后再将立柱的螺栓紧固并做防松处理。立柱的安装依据竖向钢直线以及横向鱼丝线进行调节安装,直至各尺寸符合要求,立柱安装后进行轴向偏差的检查,轴向偏差控制在±1mm 范围内,竖料之间分格尺寸控制在±1mm。避雷安装:避雷安装应符合设计要求,与主体避雷连接应牢固。

第五步骤:安装横龙骨Step 5: Install the horizontal keel
竖向龙骨安装完毕后,再装横龙骨。根据水平控制线,先将横龙骨通过连接角片与竖向龙骨连接,然后调整横龙骨的水平度与平整度。After the installation of the vertical keel, install the horizontal keel. 第六步骤:铝板安装The sixth step: aluminum installation
每块铝板在加工厂通过下料、切角、折边、安装角片、加强筋及附框后,在每块板上贴标签。在安装时按分格图将铝板放置到相应的位置上,并调整铝板左右位置,从上到下,保证相邻两板块的平面度及接缝间距。调整好位置后,将铝板通过角片固定在钢框上,在铝角片和钢框之间利用尼龙胶垫隔开,防止不同金属间的电位腐蚀,并有防噪功能。整体效果上确保饰面的平整,达到规范及设计要求。铝板在安装时,板块间接缝要保持一致,整体效果上确保幕墙的平整,达到规范及设计要求。经全面自检合格后提请业主及监理单位验收。

In the installation, the Aluminum plate between the joints should be consistent with the overall effect to ensure the overall curtain wall formation. After a comprehensive self-test of quality, it can be brought to the owners for supervision and acceptance.
第七步骤:打胶 The seventh step: Sealant installation
板块安装固定完成后,进行注胶工序。在接缝两侧先贴好保护胶带,然后将胶缝部位用规定溶剂,按工艺要求进行净化处理,净化后及时按注胶工艺要求进行注胶,注胶后刮掉多余胶,并做适当的修整,拆掉保护胶带及清理胶缝四周,胶缝与基材粘结应牢固无孔隙,胶缝平整光滑、表面清洁无污染。

整个铝板幕墙安装完毕后,将铝板表面的保护膜揭除,检查幕墙表面质量是否符合进货要求和是否满足铝板的色差要求。如发现质量问题将进行有关板块的更换,以确保板块的质量。

第五节:玻璃幕墙安装

一.安装前准备
玻璃板块是由车间加工,然后在工地安装的,由于工地不宜长期贮存玻璃,故在安装前要制定详细的安装计划,列出详细的玻璃供应计划,这样才能保证安装顺利进行及方便车间安排生产。

二.主要材料说明

玻璃板块:由车间根据工地的下料加工通知单加工而成的。它由玻璃、结构胶、双面贴、铝型材(框料)及玻璃托块、密封胶条等组成。

四.基本操作说明
IV. Basic operating instructions
1. 施工准备:由于板块安装在整个幕墙安装中是最后的成品环节,在施工前要做好充分的准备工作。准备工作包括人员准备、材料准备、施工现场准备。在安排计划时首先根据实际情况及工程进度计划要求排好人员,一般情况下每组安排4~5人,玻璃板块安装时,可安排6人/组。安排时要注意新老搭配,保证正常施工及老带新的原则,材料工器具准备是要检查施工工作面的板块是否到场,是否有没有到场或损坏的板块,施工现场准备要在施工段留有足够的场所满足安装需要,同时要对排栅进行清理并调整排栅满足安装要求。

2.检查验收板块:Check and acceptance section:
检查的内容有: Content of Checking are:
(1) 规格数量是否正确;
Whether the number and specifications are correct;
(2) 是否有已经损坏;
Whether it has been damaged;
验收的内容有: Content of acceptance are:
(1)三维误差是否在控制范围内;
Whether the three-dimensional error is in the control range;
(2)结构胶是否有异常现象;
Whether there is an abnormal phenomenon of structural glue;
(3)抽样做结构胶粘接测试。
Take a sample to do structural adhesive bonding test.
检查验收要做好详细的记录并装订成册签注参加验收检查人员名单。
Detailed records are needed and the records should be bound up to show the inspectors in Check and acceptance section.
3. 板块按层次规格堆放:在安装板块前要清理按层次堆放好,同时要按安装顺序进行堆放,堆放时要适当倾斜,以免倾覆。

4.初安装:安装时每组4~5人,安装有以下几个步骤:

5.调整:板块初装完成后就对板块进行调整,调整的标准,即横平、竖直、面平。横平即横梁水平,胶封水平;竖直即竖梁垂直、胶封垂直;面平即各玻璃在同一平面内。室外调整完后还要检查室内该平的地方是否平,各处尺寸是否达到设计要求。

6.固定:板块调整完成后马上要进行固定,主要是用橡胶垫块固定,垫块要上正压紧,杜绝板块松动现象。

7.验收:每次玻璃安装时,从安装过程到安装完后,全过程进行质量控制,验收也是穿插于全过程中,验收的内容有:
Acceptance: Whenever the glass is installed, quality control is interspersed during the whole installation process. The acceptance is also interspersed in the process of installation. the content are:
(1) 板块自身是否有问题;
Whether the plate itself has problem;
(2) 胶缝大小是否符合设计要求;

(3) 胶缝是否横平坚直;
Whether the seam is horizontally and vertically flat;
(4) 玻璃板块是否有错面现象;
Whether the plane of glass plate is fault
(5) 室内铝材间的接口是否符合设计要求;
Whether the interface between indoor aluminum meets the design requirements;
(6) 验收记录、上压块固定属于隐蔽工程的范围,要按隐蔽工程的有关规定做好各种资料。
Because acceptance records and the fix of compacting part are in the scope of concealed works, all kinds of information should be recorded according to the relevant provisions of concealed works.
