Hunan Province Gaoguang Investment Limited Company is the only juridical entity which is authorized by the Hunan Province Executive Board to legally manage and exploit outdoor advertising resources of expressway in the whole province. The company was founded in July 2000 registered capital of 100 million yuan.

For over a decade, the Hunan Gaoguang company quickly became the leading company in Hunan province even in the whole country under the high-speed background by grasping the great opportunity of the development of expressway industry. At present, this company own 5 subsidiaries including Hunan Expressway Advertising Management Limited Company, Hunan Goguang Real Estate Development Limited Company and Hunan Xinyunazhibang Property Limited Company.
