Supplement for Air Cleaning System
Setting of Air Filter: Primary and secondary filters are mounted on the air conditioner and a HEPA filter is available at the end of air pipe leading to the room. The primary filter is for filtering of particles ＞10μｍ; The secondary filter is for filtering of particles 1-10μｍ; The HEPA filter is for filtering of particles <1μｍ.
Maintenance of Air Filter:
Primary/secondary filters: Under normal conditions, cleaned and replaced every month. A cleaning and replacement is also required when the resistance at primary filter reaches 50 Pa or reaches 80Pa at secondary filter. A pre-inspection for leakage or possible damage is required before replacing with a new filter.
HEPA filter: The HEPA filter shall be replaced with a new when the final resistance increases to twice the initial resistance, or the air volume decreases to less than 70% of original volume, or leakage occurs to the filter.
Temperature /Humidity control of Air Conditioner System:
Temperature: The temperature of air inside the air conditioner is regulated by heating vapor or freezing water.
Humidity: Regulated by a moistener and a Wet Surface Air Cooler.
Monitoring of Cleaned Air:
Monitoring of settling microbes: Conducted each day during production.
Monitoring of air-borne microbes and particles: Every month
